Trying to do my reservations needed and app doesn’t work/ load the page for the reservation. Then it clicks to an error message. Try on the desktop rather than app and even though I sign in my trip and pass aren’t there. Can anyone explain why I am doing wrong lol 

Not sure what you mean exactly. But the eurail reservation service is known to not work well and usually is more expensive.

Hi ​@Jenny Palmer, sorry to hear you are having problems getting to the external link on your phone. Reach out to our customer service team if the problem persists. However, you should be prompted to create or chose a trip once you are in the “Book Seat Reservations” section of the website from your desktop. If not, just go to the bottom of the reservation that you have searched and selected, then click log in to bookcreate a trip, name the trip, then add a traveler. There you can enter your Pass and make reservations. You can also add other travelers to the trip if you want to book your reservations together.
